How to Contact Us via Discord Tickets (Highly Recommended)
- Join our Discord server
- Scroll down and find the support category and select the support, moderation, or other channels.
- Open a ticket in the channel. Note, some channels may have more than one ticket type, so make sure you select the right ticket.
- (For some tickets) Complete the Discord form sucessfully to open the ticket.
- Wait for a response from our team.
Please do not create mutliple tickets as this will increase the time it takes to process your request.
